Bekir Kayacan is a Professor of Economics at the Department of Economic Development and International Economics in Istanbul University (Türkiye). He has been the coordinator of Istanbul University International Projects Office since 2016. His main research areas are renewable resources, sustainable development, energy, environment and input-output economics.
